Starting up a new game, you will have 2 Costumes for Chris and 2 Costumes for Jill

Here are the other Costumes and how to unlock them:

Chris Casual Costume:

Complete the game once using Chris in any difficulty.

Chris S.T.A.R.S. Costume 2:

Complete the game twice using Chris in any difficulty.

Jill Army Costume:

Complete the game once using Jill in any difficulty.

Jill Casual Costume:

Complete the game twice using Jill in any difficulty.

Closet Key and Costume Room

After completing the game once you will receive the "Closet Key", a key that can open the Costume Room where you can change your outfit.
You can find the Closet Key in an Item Box.

The Costume Room is located in the first floor of the mansion on the east side behind the painting.

Achievement

After unlocking all costumes on the same save file, you will receive the Achievement "Passion for Fashion".
