Prime Concrete, Mortar and No-Fines
(Ratios and Measures)
Landlord's Super

In Landlord's Super, there are 3 mixes that you can make:
Concrete, Mortar and No-Fine Concrete.

Concrete to make foundations,
Mortar for brick walls,
No-Fines for no-fine walls.

Every type of mix has a durability: Weak, Standard, Strong and Prime;
Prime being the strongest one.

To make a prime mix, you need to put perfect measures in the Cement Mixer; below are the ratios for the prime mixes with some additional tips at the end of the guide.

Prime Concrete

To make 250L (mixer capacity) of prime concrete, put the following in the mixer:

• 1.5 Cement Bag (37.5 Kg)
• 5 Aggregate Bags (125 Kg)
• 2.5 Sand Bag (62.5 Kg)
• 1 Water Bucket (25 L).

Prime Mortar

To make 250L (mixer capacity) of prime mortar, put the following in the mixer:

• 1.5 Cement Bag (37.5 Kg)
• 7.5 Sand Bag (187.5 Kg)
• 1 Water Bucket (25 L)
No Aggregate.

Prime No-Fines

To make 250L (mixer capacity) of prime no-fines, put the following in the mixer:

• 1 Cement Bag (25 Kg)
• 6 Aggregate Bags (150 Kg)
• 3 Water Buckets (75 L)
No Sand.

After making the 3 prime mixes, you will get the Achievement "Knows their stuff".

Controls

These are the default controls:

Tips

Half a Bag:

If a mix needs halves of bags to make, it is always better to put a half first then a half at the end after putting everything else;
When making Mortar for example, put half a Cement bag (12.5 Kg), a full Cement bag, 1 Water bucket, 7 Sand bags then half a bag of Sand;
When leaving the other half at the end, you just need to hold the Left Mouse Button until you automatically stop.

After that, you will have half a bag to start with when making another mix.

Note: When putting the last half, do NOT hold Right Mouse Button as you will put half the bag but lose the other half.

Storing a Mixture:

If you want to store a mix, buy a Storage Bucket and a Shovel and use your shovel to empty the mixer content into the storage bucket.

Jobs:

There are 2 jobs that require you to make a mix: A Concrete mix to make a foundation for House N°9 and a Mortar mix to build the brick wall outside the Anchor.

Do not waste your materials by making prime mixes for these jobs as they keep repeating and you're not paid based on the quality of the mix;

For the Concrete mix just put:
• 0.5Kg of Cement
• 0.5Kg of Aggregate
• 0.5Kg of Sand and
• 248.5L of Water

For the Mortar mix just put:
• 0.5Kg of Cement
• 0.5Kg of Sand and
• 249L of Water

You can make these mixes near your property and put them in a storage bucket each, then just take the buckets to the jobs locations.
