Steam description:
Perfectly Satisfy a Lout tenant.

All the gear and no idea

Steam description:
Purchase all items from the tool catalogue.

Every single item including every paint and all storage buckets.

Benefits Cheat

Steam description:
Get caught earning while claiming Job seekers allowance and invalidity benefits.

Black Lung

Steam description:
Become permanently afflicted from smoking.

Smoke 10 packs, each pack has 5 cigarettes (visually, the pack shows 10 cigarettes but each time you smoke, 2 are gone).

Brickie

Steam description:
Lay a brick.

D

Doing Bird

Steam description:
Go to Jail.

Try and pee in front of the cop and you will go to jail for 1 day.

F

Fine for thee but not for me

Steam description:
Skip the tutorial.

By telling Jimmy that you don't need help in the beginning.

H

H. "Two breakfasts" Abiff

Steam description:
Become obese.

Get your weight to 92 Kg by eating a meal from Tamsin everyday (no need for more). You can check your weight in your Notebook under Stats.

Note: Your weight changes the next day after sleeping.

Steam description:
Perfectly Satisfy a Grafter tenant.

High rise

Steam description:
Rent out a property with 3 floors.

I

I'm alright, Jack

Steam description:
Retire in a house worth at least 40k.

If I told you to jump off a cliff, would you?

Steam description: (Hidden Achievement)
Pee on the bus stop.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times

Steam description:
Read 20 newspaper articles.

You can read newspapers by using a toilet and passing at least an hour. Do that once every day until you get the achievement.

Jobber

Steam description:
Complete 3 jobs around town.

K

Knows their stuff

Steam description:
Mix perfect concrete, mortar & No-Fines.

Lods of emone

Steam description:
Roll a jackpot.

By using the game machine in the pub. (a guide to this soon)

London Estate

Steam description:
Rent out a property that is 25 squared metres or smaller.

Check how to do so in our Guide on the "London Estate" Achievement.

N

Not paid for overtime

Steam description:
Retire before 1984.

You will have 60 days to finish the construction of the first house, sell it, pay your £6,000 dept, build a small house again with the minimum requirements and retire (the game doesn't end when you retire, you will just sleep in the new house and you can unretire anytime).

It is possible to complete this achievement in less than 30 days. (a guide to this soon)

Secret Tory

Steam description:
Perfectly Satisfy a Yuppie tenant.

Slinging the lead

Steam description:
Accumilate £100 from benefits.

Sign in to receive the benefits in the Job Center. You will get £3.83 everyday by post mail (click "Collect" on the letter).

Ton of money

Steam description:
Make £100 selling scrap.

U

Union's not going to like this

Steam description: (Hidden Achievement)
Place a roof tile in the rain.

On a rainy day, put a ladder behind your 1st property and use your hammer to remove a tile and put it back again.

You can also get the achievement when doing Totter's request to fix the church roof when it's raining.

W

What a Thrill

Steam description: (Hidden Achievement)
Climb ladders for 306 steps.

When Totter offers the job to fix the church roof, climb the 3 ladders up and down until you get the achievement.

Y

You're barred

Steam description:
Get banned from the pub.

Try to pee in front of the people in the pub and you will get banned (you will get banned for 5 days and you can't buy food from Tamsin bap van so be careful if you are working and need calories to be able to run).

You might have a problem...

Steam description:
Sample all alcoholic products, including bottles, shots, glasses and pint variations.
