"London Estate" Achievement
(25 Squarred Metres House)
Landlord's Super

To earn the "London Estate" Achievement in Landlord's Super, you need to rent a 25 squarred metres house or less. to do so, follow the steps below.

1- First House

First, you need to complete the construction of the first house then sell it to get plenty of money to buy whatever you need

To sell your property, use the Tool Catalogue at M&Sons

2- Concrete and No-Fines Silos

After selling your property, buy Standard Concrete and No-Fines Silos using the Tool Catalogue (You can buy a Mortar Silo as well but you won't need it for this house)

This will save you a lot of time as you won't need to make any mix.

3- Buy Power Tools

Now that you got a lot of money, buy the Mobile Compressor and all the Power Tools to save energy when working.

Also buy a Shovel and a Storage Bucket to pick the concrete mix from its silo.

4- Starting to build the new house

You will need 8 Exterior Walls, so make 2 orders to get 12 (6 per order)

Put the exterior walls at full length to make a 2x2 border

To save yourself time, only use Complete No-Fines Exterior Walls

While holding an Exterior Wall, hold the Right Mouse Button to get a menu where you can choose the type of wall.

Full No-Fines Exterior Doorway Frame:

Note: You only need one Exterior Doorway and there is no need for a Window Frame.

After putting the Exterior walls, check the Property in your Notebook; you should find that the total approximate internal area is 23 SQ M

Now you just need to continue building.

Make one order for Foundation Frames (has 4) and put them inside the exterior walls like this:

Put the other 3 and you should get this

Now just get the standard concrete and no-fines from the silos that you've purchased and continue building the property.

Note that:
• You do NOT need to build a roof;
• You do NOT need to place plasterboards;
• You do NOT need to add floor tiles.

When you finish, buy a Front Door and screw it in its place

Now, you just need to buy Furniture to make it possible to rent the property, you will need:

• a Hob;
• a Sink;
• a Work Area (Cabinet);
• a Refrigerator;
• a Toilet;
• a Shower;
• a Sofa;
• a Table;
• a Chair;
• a TV;
• a Bed;
• a Wardrobe.

After placing everything, check your notebook to see if you're missing anything, if not, go to sleep.

The next day, accept any tenant and you should get the Achievement.
