GTA Online

Businesses are properties that can be bought in GTA Online, their purpose is to make you money along with some other uses for some of them.

You can only have one type of each business, meaning you can't have 2 bunkers or 2 hangars...etc.

We can categorize businesses depending on your role:
• Businesses that can be managed as CEO only (Office and its related businesses)
• Businesses that can be managed as MC President only (Clubhouse and its related businesses)
• Businesses that can be managed as any role (Auto-shop – Arcade – Bunker – Hangar - Nightclub - Facility)

How to buy a Business

You buy a business using your Phone;
Open your Browser

Click on the Money and Services tab

There are 2 websites you will be using: Dynasty8 Executive and Foreclosures Maze-Bank.

Dynasty8 Executive to buy:
• An Office
• An Agency

Use the filter on the top right to only show the type of business you're looking for.

Foreclosures Maze-Bank to buy:
• A Bunker
• A Hangar
• An Auto-Shop
• An Arcade
• A Facility
• A Nightclub
• A Clubhouse

Use the filter on the top right to only show the type of business you're looking for.

There are multiple locations for every type of business, down below, a guide to every business will be provided showing its best location along with other details.

Roles in GTA Online

Before talking about each business, we need to explain the Roles in GTA Online.
There are 3 roles you can act as: CEO, VIP and MC President.

The difference between the roles is the type of businesses you can manage and services you can use that are related to the role.

You can only play as one role at a time but it's possible to switch between them instantly with no loss.

CEO and VIP:

You can become VIP by creating an organization without owning an Office.
You can become CEO by buying an Office and creating an organization.

Creating an organization is completely free.

CEOs can manage ceo related businesses and businesses that require any role;
VIPs can only manage businesses that require any role.

How to become VIP

While not owning an Office, open the "Interaction Menu" (M on keyboard) and click on "Register as a Boss"

Click on "SecuroServ VIP"

Click on "Start an Organization"

Name your Organization and press Enter

You are now a VIP.

How to become CEO

The first time, you become a CEO right after you buy an Office, and here is how:

Go to Dynasty8 Executive as shown before, and buy the Office with the dollar sign (this one is free)

You will get a menu where you can choose how to customize your Office;
Choosing the "Personnel" and giving a Name to your organization is free, everything else need to be bought.

Click "Organization Name" and give a name to your Org (first time is free, if you want to change this name later, it will cost you $50,000)

If you don't have enough money to customize, you can always renovate later, you might even choose a different Office with a better location so don't waste your money (more on this in our Guide on Offices);

Click "Buy"

Congratulations, you are now a CEO.

If you quit the game, you lose your role, but no worries, you lose nothing of value and you don't need to re-do everything.
Here is how you get your role back:

Open the Interaction Menu (M on keyboard) and click on "Register as a Boss"

Click on "SecuroServ CEO"

Click on "Start an Organization"

Done, you're the CEO of the same Org that you've created before.

CEO or VIP?

It is better to be CEO by buying an Office (which you can get for free) and create an organization once (organization name will be remembered and can be changed) rather than keep creating an organization every time and become VIP.

And as said before, VIPs can only manage businesses that require any role.

MC President:

You become an MC President right after you purchase a Clubhouse;
An MC President can manage mc president related businesses and businesses that require any role.

How to become MC President

The first time, you will become an MC President right after you buy a Clubhouse, and here is how:

Go to Foreclosures Maze-Bank as shown before, and buy the Clubhouse with the dollar sign (this one is free)

You will get a menu where you can choose how to customize your Clubhouse;
Only choosing a name for the Club is free so, click "Club Name" and type a name for your Club (first time is free, if you want to change this name later, it will cost you $50,000 or just $30,000 if you use the Interaction Menu)

If you don't have enough money to customize, you can always renovate later, you might even choose a different Clubhouse with a better location so don't waste your money (more on this in our Guide on Clubhouses);

Click "Buy"

Congratulations, you are now an MC President.

If you quit the game, you lose your role, but no worries, you lose nothing of value and you don't need to re-do everything.
Here is how you get your role back:

Open the Interaction Menu (M on keyboard) and click on "Register as a Boss"

Click on "Motorcycle Club President"

Click on "Start a Motorcycle Club"

Done, you're the MC President of the same Motorcycle Club that you've created before.

How to switch between CEO and MC President

It is possible to switch between CEO and MC President and manage the related businesses;
the way to do it is through the Interaction Menu:

If you're a CEO and want to become an MC President, click on "SecuroServ CEO" then on "Retire"

Do not worry, your Org and related businesses are not deleted.

Open the "Interaction Menu" again and click on "Register as a Boss"

Select "Motorcycle Club President" then click on "Start Motorcycle Club" and you will become MC President.

It is the same if you're an MC President and want to become CEO;
Go to "Motorcycle Club President" in the Interaction Menu and click on "Disband"

Again, your MC and related businesses are not deleted and any active business you have will keep running even if you're not an MC President.

Open the "Interaction Menu" again and click on "Register as a Boss"

Select "SecuroServ CEO" then click on "Start an Organization" and you will become CEO.

And that's how you switch between roles.

How to Add Associates to your Organization

As CEO, you can invite other players to join your organization to help you with a business related work;

First, open the "Interaction Menu" (M on Keyboard) and click on "SecuroServ CEO"

Click on "Hire Associates"

Switch the option in "Offer to" to "Player" and invite your friends or other players from the list (you won't find players that are already in an organization or a motorcycle club)

The players you sent an invitation to will get a notification and can accept using the "SecuroServ" app on their phones;

If they accept, you will get a notification for every one that accepted that they are now your Associate and whatever mission you launch, related to being CEO, they can help you with.

How to add Prospects to your Motorcycle Club

As MC President, you can invite other players to join your Motorcycle Club to help you with a business related work;

First, open the "Interaction Menu" (M on Keyboard) and click on "Motorcycle Club President"

Click on "Find Prospects"

Switch the option in "Offer to" to "Player" and invite your friends or other players from the list (you won't find players that are already in an organization or a motorcycle club)

The players you sent an invitation to will get a notification and can accept using their phones;

If they accept, you will get a notification for every one that accepted that they have joined your MC and whatever mission you launch, related to being MC President, they can help you with.

Businesses

Now that the roles are explained, let's explain each business briefly;
We will do that through 3 categories:
• Businesses that can be managed as any role;
• Businesses that can be managed as CEO only;
• Businesses that can be managed as MC President only;

We will provide a guide for each business for more details explaining income and best location...etc

Businesses that can be managed as Any Role:

These properties can be managed whether you are a VIP, CEO or an MC President:

Agency

• Do contracts acquired by Franklin;
• Get Daily Income;
• Do Payphone Hits;
• Implement Imani Tech to specific cars.

• Get Daily Income;
• Have technicians gather supplies depending on opened businesses;
• Sell those supplies with personalized vehicles;

Businesses that can be managed as CEO only:

Office

• Needed to become CEO;
• Access to Special Cargo Business;
• Access to Vehicle Cargo Business;
• Access to Special Transport Work.

Office Businesses

By purchasing an Office, you will be able to buy related businesses through your Office computer;

• Buy a Vehicle Warehouse to be able to source cars and export them afterwards.

Businesses that can be managed as MC President only:

Clubhouse

• Needed to become MC President;
• Do Clubhouse Contracts;
• Buy MC businesses (Weed Farm – Meth Lab – Cocaine Lockup – Counterfeit Cash Factory – Document Forgery Office).
