A Vehicle Warehouse is one of the properties in GTA Online related to your Office that can be managed as a business called Vehicle Cargo to make income;
It can only be managed as CEO.

In this guide, we will explain what is the best location for it, how to buy one, how to make money through it and how much money you can make.
There will also be answers to questions related to this business at the end of the guide.

Best Vehicle Warehouse Location

All Vehicle Warehouses are the same, they're just located differently;
We are going to choose the best location based on:

• The distance between the Vehicle Warehouse and your Office;
• The distance between the Vehicle Warehouse and cars recovery points;
• The distance between the Vehicle Warehouse and cars export points.

With all that in mind, our winner is La Puerta Vehicle Warehouse

Taking it you have chosen the location of the Office that we recommended which is the Arcadius Office, this warehouse is the closest to it, plus, it is the closest to most vehicle recovery and export points.

How to Buy a Vehicle Warehouse

Once you buy an Office, you will be able to purchase a Vehicle Warehouse.

First, interact with the computer in your Office

Click on "Vehicle Cargo"

Choose a Warehouse then click "Buy Vehicle Warehouse"

Choose the interior decoration (has no effect on income) and press "Confirm"

Congratulations, you have bought a Vehicle Warehouse.

Starting the business

To start making income through this business, you will need to source vehicles and take them to your warehouse then sell them from there.
To source vehicles, access the computer in your Office and click on "Vehicle Cargo"

Click on "Source Vehicle"

Now get out of your Office and go steal the vehicle and deliver it to your warehouse where you will store it.

Exporting Cars

To sell cars, access the computer in your Vehicle Warehouse

You can export up to 4 cars at a time but to do so you need to have a number of associates including yourself to deliver every car;
If you don't have associates present in your vehicle warehouse, you can only export 1 car.

Exporting 1 Car

Click "Export" below the car you want to export then on the bigger "Export" button to proceed

Now you get to choose a buyer;
Always choose the "Specialist Dealer" option; you will pay more money to modify the car but will get even more money when it is delivered.

Now you need to modify the car by:
• Removing the Tracker
• Changing the License plate (any other plate)
• Respraying it (any color)
• Changing the Wheels (any set)

Once done, you will have to deliver the car to the buyer;
Be careful on your way as any damage done to the car will decrease the commission you get.

Exporting multiple Cars

To export more than one car (4 max.), you need to have an associate in the warehouse for every additional car you want to export;

How to add Associates

As CEO, you can invite other players to join your organization;

First, open the "Interaction Menu" (M on Keyboard) and click on "SecuroServ CEO"

Click on "Hire Associates"

Switch the option in "Offer to" to "Player" and invite your friends or other players from the list (you won't find players that are already in an organization or a motorcycle club)

The players you sent an invitation to will get a notification and can accept using the "SecuroServ" app on their phone;

If they accept, you will get a notification for every one that accepted that they are now your Associate.

Now you need to invite your new associates to your warehouse

How to invite your Associates to your Vehicle Warehouse

Your associates can get to your warehouse normally or you can just invite them and they will teleport there, here is how:

While in your Vehicle Warehouse, open the "Interaction Menu" (M on Keyboard) and click on "Invite to Vehicle Warehouse"

Invite your associates from the list

Once they arrive, use the computer to export the cars as shown before

And again, always choose the "Specialist Dealer" buyer for all cars to get the most money.

Once you and all your associates deliver the cars to the location, you will get paid.
and of course, any damage to the cars will decrease the commission you get.

Exporting a Collection

You can get a money bonus if you export a collection of specific cars with specific plate numbers after stealing them, to do so, click on "Collection" then sort the order by "Completion" to easily find a complete collection that you have in your warehouse

As explained before, you will need a number of associates present in your vehicle warehouse to help you export the cars in the collection (1 per car including yourself).

Here are the cars in all the collections in alphabetical order so you don't export them individually by mistake from the main export menu:

Vehicle Cargo Income:

The income of this business is:
• A profit of approximately $150,000 for an hour of gameplay while playing Solo.
• A profit of approximately $250,000 for an hour of gameplay while playing with associates.

This was calculated while always choosing the "Specialist Dealer" buyer when exporting cars.

Questions and Answers

Is Buying a Vehicle Warehouse Worth It?

Not really,

The best way to make money as of now is by doing the Cayo Perico Heist where you will make more than 1 million per run but, you will need to buy the $2.2 million Submarine first.

The second best way to make money is to run the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid with the help of Vincent; this will make you $500,000 per run. Go to "V" on the map to start preparing for the raid.

You can try the Vehicle Cargo business for fun after getting enough money.

Public Session or Private Session

If you start the mission to export your cars while playing in a Public Session, a signal will be sent to all players in the session showing your location on the map;

The player that destroys a car of yours will be awarded some money and RP.

If the session has a lot of players in it, you can get a money bonus when you complete the delivery but the amount is not worth the risk;

To avoid risking to lose all the profit, launch the export mission in an Invite Only Session or a Closed Friend Session and you will only deal with the AI.

Here is how to get in a Private Session:
Press "Escape" then click on "Online" >
"Find New Session" >
"Closed Friend Session" or "Invite Only Session".

Can I Change the Location of my Vehicle Warehouse?

Yes, just access the computer in your Office and purchase the one you want by trading the one you own (you won't need to pay full price for the new one);

The Vehicle Warehouse needs to be empty from any car for you to be able to trade it.

Can I Sell my Vehicle Warehouse?

Sadly, there is no way to sell your Vehicle Warehouse once bought, you can only trade it for another one.
