Office Business Complete Guide
(Uses, Best Location and How to Buy)

An Office is one of the properties in GTA Online that can be managed as a business to make income.
It can only be managed as CEO.

In this guide, we will explain what are its uses, what is the best location for it, how to buy one and how to make money through it.
There will also be answers to questions related to this property at the end of the guide.

Office Uses

• You buy an Office to be able to become CEO;
• Once bought, you can do different office related businesses to make money.

These businesses consist of:

Special Cargo:

You buy a Cargo Warehouse through the Office and using the computer in your Office you buy cargo that you need to go and recover; once recovered, you take it back to the warehouse to sell it later.

Vehicle Cargo:

You buy a Vehicle Warehouse through the Office and using the computer in your Office you launch missions where you go and steal vehicles; after recovering a vehicle, you take it to the vehicle warehouse to export it afterwards.

Special Vehicle Work:

After sourcing enough vehicles by doing Vehicle Cargo missions, SecuroServ will grant you access to Special Vehicle Work missions.
These missions don't pay that much and can only be launched with at least another player; the only benefit from doing them is to get a Trade Price (Discount) for the vehicle that you used in the mission.

Like the other two businesses, you launch Special Vehicle Work from the computer in your Office.

Best Office Location

All Offices have the same features, they're just located differently;

We are going to choose the best location based on:
• The distance between the Office and the Vehicle Warehouse for the Vehicle Cargo missions;
• The distance between the Office and the Cargo Warehouse for the Special Cargo missions;
• Accessibility.

With all that in mind, our winner is the Arcadius Business Center Office and here is why:

First of all, we can eliminate the Maze Bank West Office and the Lombank West Office since they're too far from the Vehicle Warehouses, the Cargo Warehouses and other businesses; that leaves us with the Maze Bank Tower Office and the Arcadius Business Center Office which are near each other at the center of Los Santos;

There is a problem with the Maze Bank Tower Office which is once you exit it, you're sent to the side of the building which is so inconvenient if you parked your vehicle near the entrance;

Plus, even if this is fixed, it's way easier to access the Office at the Arcadius Business Center since it's by the side of the road rather than the somewhat annoying route to the Maze Bank Tower building;

Here are photos of both buildings entrances:

And on top of that, it's way cheaper at $2,250,000 compared to the price of the Maze Bank Tower Office at $4,000,000.

Therefore, our winner by a mile is, the Arcadius Business Center Office.

How to Buy an Office

You use the Dynasty8 Executive website to buy an Office;

Using your phone, go to Internet

Click on the "Money and Services" tab

Click on Dynasty8 Executive

Filter the results to only show Offices then select the Office of your choice and click BUY

A menu where you can customize your office will show up;

Click Organization Name to set a name for your org, first time is free and you can change the name later at the cost of $50,000.

A Gun Locker is used to customize your Weapon Wheel by showing weapons and hiding others so you can access a specific weapon faster without scrolling too much to find it.
Most properties and some service vehicles have the option to add it and you only need one.
A Mobile Operations Center is a good choice to have a Gun Locker in since you can spawn it near you wherever you are.

A Safe has no purpose for now so don't waste your money on buying one.

Accommodation is to make it possible to spawn in your Office through the Interaction Menu when you enter a new session;
You also get a wardrobe to be able to change your clothes.

Everything else is just to customize the interior of your Office.

You can always renovate your Office after buying it by going on the Dynasty8 Executive website and selecting your Office.

When you finish, Click BUY

Congratulations Mr./Mrs. CEO, now go visit your new Office.

Questions and Answers

Is Buying an Office Worth It?

No, getting the free one to be able to become CEO is enough starting up, buying an Office to make money is a bad idea.

The best way to make money as of now is by doing the Cayo Perico Heist where you will make more than 1 million per run but, you will need to buy the $2.2 million Submarine first.

The second best way to make money is to run the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid with the help of Vincent; this will make you $500,000 per run. Go to "V" on the map to start preparing for the raid.

After making enough money, you can try the Office business for fun.

Can I Change the Location of my Office?

Yes, just access the Dynasty8 Executive website as shown above and purchase the one you want by trading the one you own (you won't need to pay full price for the new one);

Keep in mind that you will need to re-purchase Office add-ons (Accommodation, Interior Decor, Gun Locker...etc).

But you will keep:
• purchased Vehicle Warehouse;
• purchased Cargo Warehouse(s).

Can I Sell my Office?

No, there is no way to sell an Office once bought, you can only trade it for another one.

How to Manage All My Businesses in One Place?

The Arcade, another business, has an upgrade called the Master Control Terminal, by using it you can manage all your businesses in one place, like buying supplies, selling stock, launching business related jobs...etc.
