A Nightclub is one of the properties in GTA Online that can be managed as a business to make income.
It can be managed as VIP, CEO or MC President.

In this guide, we will explain what are its uses, what is the best location for it, how to buy one, how to make money through it and how much money you can make.
There will also be answers to questions related to this property at the end of the guide.

If you are new to businesses, read our General Guide on Businesses before proceeding with this guide.

Nightclub Uses and Income

Once you buy a Nightclub, you will be able to:
• Start it as a normal business to generate daily income;
• Have your technicians gather goods depending on what businesses you have running;
• Park your Mule Custom and Pounder Custom that you use to sell the gathered goods;
• Park the Terrorbyte.

Setting up the Business

To start running this business, access the computer in the Nightclub and run the two "Set Up" missions:

Once you bring the staff and equipments to the Nightclub, the business is started.

1- Nightclub Normal Business:

Depending on your Nightclub popularity, you will gain daily income;
The popularity decreases over time and you need to launch nightclub promotion missions using the computer or by calling Tony to increase it.

You can also increase it by doing tasks sent to you by the security while inside the Nightclub (which takes way less time than a promotion mission); like taking a VIP to their residence or kicking people out of the nightclub for bad behavior.

• The daily income when popularity is maxed out is $50,000;
With Staff Upgrade purchased, it becomes $45,000 after 2 in-game days, then becomes $25,000 after 1 in-game day;
Doing one task from security will turn it back to $50,000;

• The daily income when popularity is at the lowest is $1,500.

Money obtained from daily income is stored in the safe near your desk in the Nightclub; the safe capacity is $250,000, once it's maxed out, you will stop getting daily income until you empty it.

We recommend visiting your Nightclub every 3 in-game days, collecting the safe money ($145,000) and doing a task to turn the popularity back up.

2- Nightclub Underground Business:

Depending on businesses you have running, you can have your technicians assigned to gather specific goods and store them in the underground floors of your Nightclub for you to sell afterwards;
The types of goods are:

• Cargo and Shipments (Unlocked by owning a Hangar);

• Sporting Goods (Unlocked by owning a Bunker);

• South American Imports (Unlocked by owning a Cocaine Lockup that you purchase through your Clubhouse);

• Pharmaceutical Research (Unlocked by owning a Methamphetamine Lab that you purchase through your Clubhouse);

• Organic Produce (Unlocked by owning a Weed Farm that you purchase through your Clubhouse);

• Printing and Copying (Unlocked by owning a Document Forgery Office that you purchase through your Clubhouse);

• Cash Creation (Unlocked by owning a Counterfeit Cash Factory that you purchase through your Clubhouse).

The goods gathered by the technicians are not from your businesses and they can still gather goods even if your businesses are suspended because of lack of supplies.

You can sell the goods by using the Mule Custom or the Pounder Custom depending on the amount of goods using the Nightclub computer;
These vehicles need to be bought from Warstock and can be customized in the level 1 basement of the Nightclub.

3- The Terrorbyte:

Paige modified this truck to be a nerf center that you can use to:

• Modify your Oppressor MK2;
• Run Jobs acquired by Paige.

You can also run "Steal Supplies" missions for your businesses but that's not necessary since it's always better to buy supplies.

The Terrorbyte can be bought from Warstock and customized in the Terrorbyte Garage of the Nightclub.

Once bought, you also unlock Paige as a crew member for the Diamond Casino heist.

Nightclub Upgrades

There are 3 Nightclub Upgrades:

Equipment Upgrade:

Will make your technicians accrue goods faster.

Staff Upgrade:

Will decrease the daily popularity loss.

Security Upgrade:

Will lower the likelihood of your Nightclub getting raided by the police.

You can purchase the upgrades using the computer in your Nightclub.

Best Nightclub Location

All Nightclubs have the same features, they're just located differently;

We are going to choose the best location based on the distance between the Nightclub and stock selling points and accessibility.

With that in mind, our winner is the West Vinewood Nightclub

The West Vinewood Nightclub is located closest to the highway to Blaine County, so any selling point is easily reachable from it;

The entrances to this Nightclub (main entrance and garage) are close to each other, therefore, you won't need to walk a lot to get to your vehicle when you get out from any entrance, plus, if this Nightclub gets raided, you can easily defend it using your attack helicopter or Oppressor MK2 since it's not surrounded by buildings.

How to Buy a Nightclub

You use the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website to buy a Nightclub;

Using your phone, go to Internet

Click on the "Money and Services" tab

Click on Foreclosures Maze-Bank

Filter the results to only show Nightclubs then select the Nightclub of your choice and click BUY

A menu where you can customize your Nightclub will show up;

In Storage, you can add floors to add more space to stock goods accrued by your technicians;
As for garages, it is just to add more space to park your personnel cars;
Buy additional floors but don't waste your money on garages.

Everything else is just to customize the interior of your Nightclub.

You can always renovate your Nightclub after buying it by going on the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website and selecting your Nightclub.

When you finish, Click BUY

Congratulations, now go meet Tony in your Nightclub and start your Nightclub Business.

Questions and Answers

Is Buying a Nightclub Worth It?

Yes, but it is not what you should focus on starting up.
The best way to make money as of now is by doing the Cayo Perico Heist where you will make more than 1 million per run but, you will need to buy the $2.2 million Submarine first.

The second best way to make money is to run the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid with the help of Vincent; this will make you $500,000 per run. Go to "V" on the map to start preparing for the raid.

Once you get enough money from that and you have purchased most of the properties that unlock goods to be accrued by your Nightclub technicians, go for it.

Public Session or Private Session

If you start the mission to sell your stock while playing in a Public Session, a signal will be sent to all players in the session showing your location on the map;

The player that destroys your cargo will be awarded some money and RP.

To avoid risking to lose all the profit, launch the stock selling mission in an Invite Only Session or a Closed Friend Session and you will only deal with the AI.

Here is how to get in a Private Session:
Press "Escape" then click on "Online" >
"Find New Session" >
"Closed Friend Session" or "Invite Only Session".

Can I Change the Location of my Nightclub?

Yes, just access the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website as shown above and purchase the one you want by trading the one you own (you won't need to pay full price for the new one);
The Nightclub needs to be empty from any goods for you to be able to trade it.

Keep in mind that you will lose:
• the interior decor of the current Nightclub.
• any upgrade you have purchased.

But you will keep:
• purchased Storage Floors;
• purchased Garages;
• purchased Mule Custom and Pounder Custom;
• purchased Terrorbyte;
• unlocked Technicians.

Can I Sell my Nightclub?

No, there is no way to sell a Nightclub once bought, you can only trade it for another one.

How to Manage All My Businesses in One Place?

The Arcade, another business, has an upgrade called the Master Control Terminal, by using it you can manage all your businesses in one place, like buying supplies, selling stock, launching business related jobs...etc.

These are the businesses you can manage through the Arcade Master Control Terminal:

• Nightclub
• Bunker
• Cocaine Lockup
• Counterfeit Cash Factory
• Document Forgery Office
• Methamphetamine Lab
• Weed Farm
• Hangar
• Vehicle Warehouse
• Cargo Warehouse.

Is Buying a Terrorbyte Worth It?

Yes, the Terrorbyte is useful for two things: first, it's the only way you can use to upgrade your Oppressor MK2, and second, you unlock Paige as a crew member for the Diamond Casino heist by buying it.
