Hangar Business Complete Guide
(Uses, Income, Best Location and How To Buy)

A Hangar is one of the properties in GTA Online that can be managed as a business to make income.
It can be managed as VIP, CEO or MC President.

In this guide, we will explain what are its uses, what is the best location for it, how to buy one and how to make money through it.
There will also be answers to questions related to this property at the end of the guide.

Hangar Uses and Income

Once you buy a Hangar, you will be able to:
• Start the Air-Freight Business;
• Park your planes and helicopters and modify them using the Workshop.

1- Air-Freight Business:

To start this business, access the computer in the Hangar and "Set Up" the business:

Once you bring the cargo to the Hangar, you can start sourcing goods.

You can access the computer to choose what kind of goods to steal and launch the missions from there;

Completing a number of air-freight source missions will unlock trade prices (discounts) for specific aircraft on Warstock.

You sell your cargo using the computer as well;
You can sell the goods individually or all at once

As shown above, all goods have the same price so sourcing any cargo and selling all goods at once seems to be the thing to do.

2- Airplanes Workshop:

If you purchase a Workshop for your Hangar, you will be able to customize and upgrade your aircraft;
Just get into your aircraft in the Hangar and press "E"

Best Hangar Location

All Hangars have the same features, they're just located differently;

Having a Hangar in Fort Zancudo can give you more benefits than a Hangar in Los Santos since you will have access to the fort even for other unrelated businesses without triggering the alarm, plus, you will have access to P-996 Lazer Jets parked in the fort which is the most expensive plane in the game to try out.

Now, out of the three hangars in Fort Zancudo, Hangar A2 is the best one.

It is the most expensive but it is the better located out of the three for how easy it is to land your planes near it compared to the other two;
And, as said before, a P-996 Lazer Jet is parked right in front of it for you to steal.

How to Buy a Hangar

You use the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website to buy a Hangar;

Using your phone, go to Internet

Click on the "Money and Services" tab

Click on Foreclosures Maze-Bank

Filter the results to only show Hangars then select the Hangar of your choice and click BUY

A menu where you can customize your Hangar will show up;

Living Quarters' purpose is to make it possible to spawn in your Hangar through the Interaction Menu when you enter a new session.
You also get a wardrobe to be able to change your clothes.

A Workshop is for customizing and upgrading your aircraft.

Everything else is just to customize the interior of your Hangar.

You can always renovate your Hangar after buying it by going on the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website and selecting your Hangar.

When you finish, Click BUY

Congratulations, now go meet Ron in your Hangar and start the Air-Freight Business.

Questions and Answers

Is Buying a Hangar Worth It?

Sadly, buying a Hangar is not a good way of making money; the missions can be interesting to play but you only get one cargo per mission;

The best way to make money as of now is by doing the Cayo Perico Heist where you will make more than 1 million per run but, you will need to buy the $2.2 million Submarine first.

The second best way to make money is to run the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid with the help of Vincent; this will make you $500,000 per run. Go to "V" on the map to start preparing for the raid.

Buy a Hangar to customize your aircraft and to try the missions after getting enough money.

Public Session or Private Session

To avoid getting attacked by other players while doing a Hangar mission (acquire goods or sell stock), launch it in an Invite Only Session or a Closed Friend Session so you only deal with the AI.

Here is how to get in a Private Session:
Press "Escape" then click on "Online" >
"Find New Session" >
"Closed Friend Session" or "Invite Only Session".

Can I Change the Location of my Hangar?

Yes, just access the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website as shown above and purchase the one you want by trading the one you own (you won't need to pay full price for the new one);
The Hangar needs to be empty from any cargo for you to be able to trade it.

Keep in mind that you will need to re-purchase any Hangar add-ons (Living Quarters, Interior Decor, Workshop).

But you will keep your parked vehicles and any modifications you have done on them.

Can I Sell my Hangar?

No, there is no way to sell a Hangar once bought, you can only trade it for another one.

How to Manage All My Businesses in One Place?

The Arcade, another business, has an upgrade called the Master Control Terminal, by using it you can manage all your businesses in one place, like buying supplies, selling stock, launching business related jobs...etc.

These are the businesses you can manage through the Arcade Master Control Terminal:

• Nightclub

• Counterfeit Cash Factory
• Document Forgery Office
• Methamphetamine Lab
• Weed Farm
• Hangar
• Vehicle Warehouse
