A Clubhouse is one of the properties in GTA Online that can be managed as a business to make income.
It can only be managed as MC President.

In this guide, we will explain what are its uses, what is the best location for it, how to buy one and how to make money through it.
There will also be answers to questions related to this property at the end of the guide.

Clubhouse Uses and Income

Once you buy a Clubhouse, you will be able to:
• Become MC President;
• Do Clubhouse Contracts;
• Set up a Bike Shop;
• Run 5 Illicit Businesses (Forgeries - Weed - Counterfeit Cash - Meth - Cocaine).

1- Clubhouse Contracts:

By interacting with the board in the Clubhouse, you can get access to jobs that you take for 5 figures payouts.

You can also take supply missions from Sindy to get income from selling drinks in your Clubhouse;
Interact with the bag of money marked as a green dollar sign on the radar to get it.

2- Bike Shop:

You can add a Bike Shop when you are buying or renovating your Clubhouse and modify customers' bikes to their specifications then deliver them with the least damage;

You get paid once you complete the delivery.

3- Illicit Businesses:

By accessing the computer in the Clubhouse, you will be able to purchase 5 other properties that you can use to run 5 illicit businesses;
Those properties are:

• Document Forgery Office
• Weed Farm
• Counterfeit Cash Factory
• Methamphetamine Lab
• Cocaine Lockup

Click on each property to access a guide showing how much income you can make through it, the best location for it, upgrades...etc.

Best Clubhouse Location

All Clubhouses have the same features, they're just located differently;

A Clubhouse is NOT a property that you will visit a lot, using it to become an MC President and buy the 5 illicit businesses is enough, therefore, you can just get the Great Chaparral Clubhouse since it's free;

But, if you want a location that makes it easier to do everything related to the Clubhouse then we are going to choose it based on:

• The distance between the Clubhouse and the Clubhouse Contracts missions destination points;
• The distance between the Clubhouse and other businesses;
• Accessibility

And with that in mind, we end up with the Pillbox Hill Clubhouse

The Pillbox Hill Clubhouse is at the center of Los Santos where most of your other businesses are and is easily accessible.

An additional reason to choose this Clubhouse rather than choosing the Hawick Clubhouse is the interior design. A Clubhouse can have one of two interior designs, one with a ground floor only and the other with another floor;

You would want the one with the ground floor only since everything is easily accessible in it, and the Pillbox Hill Clubhouse got that.

Note: Getting into the Clubhouse using the garage entrance is faster than using the main entrance.

How to Buy a Clubhouse

You use the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website to buy a Clubhouse;

Using your phone, go to Internet

Click on the "Money and Services" tab

Click on Foreclosures Maze-Bank

Filter the results to only show Clubhouses then select the Clubhouse of your choice and click BUY

A menu where you can customize your Clubhouse will show up;

Click Club Name to set a name for your Motorcycle Club, first time is free and you can change the name later at the cost of $50,000 (or $30,000 if you use the Interaction Menu).

A Gun Locker is used to customize your Weapon Wheel by showing weapons and hiding others so you can access a specific weapon faster without scrolling too much to find it.
Most properties and some service vehicles have the option to add it and you only need one.
A Mobile Operations Center is a good choice to have a Gun Locker in since you can spawn it near you wherever you are.

Purchase a Custom Bike Shop to run it in your Clubhouse as explained above.

Everything else is just to customize the interior of your Clubhouse.

You can always renovate your Clubhouse after buying it by going on the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website and selecting your Clubhouse.

When you finish, Click BUY

Congratulations MC President, now go to your Clubhouse and start your Motorcycle Club Business.

Is Buying a Clubhouse Worth It?

Yes, but getting the free one to be able to become MC President is enough starting up.
The best way to make money as of now is by doing the Cayo Perico Heist where you will make more than 1 million per run but, you will need to buy the $2.2 million Submarine first.

The second best way to make money is to run the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid with the help of Vincent; this will make you $500,000 per run. Go to "V" on the map to start preparing for the raid.

Buy the Clubhouse 5 illicit businesses after getting enough money from that.

Can I Change the Location of my Clubhouse?

Yes, just access the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website as shown above and purchase the one you want by trading the one you own (you won't need to pay full price for the new one);

Keep in mind that you will need to re-purchase Clubhouse add-ons (Interior Decor, Gun Locker, Custom Bike Shop).

But you will keep purchased illicit properties (Document Forgery Office - Weed Farm - Counterfeit Cash Factory - Meth Lab - Cocaine Lockup) and the goods in them (Supplies and Stock).

Can I Sell my Clubhouse?

No, there is no way to sell a Clubhouse once bought, you can only trade it for another one.
