Bunker Business Complete Guide
(Uses, Income, Best Location and How To Buy)

A Bunker is one of the properties in GTA Online that can be managed as a business to make income.
It can be managed as VIP, CEO or MC President.

In this guide, we will explain what are its uses, what is the best location for it, how to buy one, how to make money through it and how much money you can make.
There will also be answers to questions related to this business at the end of the guide.

If you are new to businesses, read our General Guide on Businesses before proceeding with this guide.

Bunker Uses

Once you buy a Bunker, you will be able to:
• Start the Gunrunning Business;
• Unlock Modifications for your cars and guns through research;
• Park your Mobile Operations Center and Anti-Aircraft Trailer and customize them.

1- Gunrunning Business and Research:

To start this business, access the computer in the Bunker and "Set Up" the business:

Once you bring the supplies back, the business is started.

You can choose whether to assign your staff to use the supplies to manufacture guns or to use them for research to unlock modifications for guns and vehicles.

We recommend you assign your staff to research only until you unlock everything then re-assign them to manufacturing.

You can manage your staff through the computer in your Bunker.

Supplies

Once your Bunker runs out of supplies, the business is suspended until you steal or buy supplies;

To steal or buy supplies, access your computer in the Bunker, press "Resupply" and click "Steal" or "Buy Supplies"

It is recommended to always buy supplies to save time since the "steal supplies" missions are time consuming with low quantity of supplies acquired.

When staff is set to manufacturing, your staff will gradually use the supplies to make the products and put them in stock for you to sell.

Selling Stock

To sell Stock, access the computer in your Bunker, press "Sell Stock" and select a selling option

The 2 options are to either sell to Los Santos or Blaine County;
The difference is just the distance, therefore, always sell to Los Santos to get the most money.

There are no bonuses if you wait to sell a higher level of stock.

Full Stock Level:

Once your Bunker reaches full stock level, the business is suspended until you sell your stock.

Having to sell a larger amount of stock might require you to move multiple vehicles; this can be easy or impossible depending on the delivery mission, what location is your Bunker, what destination you're selling to and if you have associates (if you're playing as CEO) or prospects (if you're playing as MC President) before starting the delivery mission.

Delivery Missions:

There are 4 possible delivery missions:
• Delivering 1 Truck;
• Delivering n Buggies;
• Delivering n Marshals;
• Delivering n Insurgents;
(n depends on stock level)

What delivery mission you get is random;
The best one is to deliver 1 truck to 1 location regardless of stock level, as for the others:
• If Stock level is higher than 50%, you will need to deliver 4 Buggies or 3 Marchals or 3 Insurgents;
• If Stock level is between 25% and 50%, you will need to deliver 2 Buggies or 2 Marchals or 2 Insurgents;
• If Stock level is lower than 25%, you will need to deliver 1 Buggy or 1 Marchal or 1 Insurgent;

If you don't deliver all vehicles, you only get paid for the ones you delivered.

The worst delivery mission is the Buggies one; you won't have enough time to deliver all 4 of them solo if stock is more than 50% full;

If you get the buggy delivery mission, go to a new session and restart the mission, you will lose some products but not as much as if you don't deliver the remaining buggies.

2- Mobile Operations Center and Anti-Aircraft Trailer:

You can purchase the Mobile Operations Center and the Anti-Aircraft Trailer from Warstock;

The Mobile Operations Center is used:
• As a Vehicle Workshop for cars and motorcycles;
• As a Weapon Workshop to Upgrade Guns;
• To run jobs for Agent 14.

The interior of the Mobile Operations Center can be customized through Warstock while the exterior can be customized with the help of the mechanic in your Bunker.

The Mobile Operations Center can be requested using the Interaction Menu (M on Keyboard) in the Services section.

The Anti-Aircraft Trailer is just a weapon on a trailer that you can request from the Interaction Menu; it is not worth buying.

Bunker Income

Bunker Upgrades:

Before talking about income we need to explain Bunker Upgrades, there are 3:

Equipment Upgrade:
Will speed up manufacturing and research time and improve stock value and allow supplies to stretch further.

Staff Upgrade:
Will speed up manufacturing and research time and improve stock value.

Security Upgrade:
Will lower the likelihood of your Bunker getting attacked.

You can purchase the upgrades using the computer in your Bunker.

Bunker Income:

The income of this business when set to manufacturing is:

With No Upgrades:
• $75,000 per $75,000 worth of supplies if delivered to Los Santos;
• $50,000 per $75,000 worth of supplies if delivered to Blaine County.
(Stock Level after manufacturing = 10% Full)

With Staff Upgrade only:
• $90,000 per $75,000 worth of supplies if delivered to Los Santos;
• $60,000 per $75,000 worth of supplies if delivered to Blaine County.
(Stock Level after manufacturing = 10% Full)

With Equipment Upgrade only:
• $180,000 per $75,000 worth of supplies if delivered to Los Santos;
• $120,000 per $75,000 worth of supplies if delivered to Blaine County.
(Stock Level after manufacturing = 20% Full)

With Both Upgrades:
• $210,000 per $75,000 worth of supplies if delivered to Los Santos;
• $140,000 per $75,000 worth of supplies if delivered to Blaine County.
(Stock Level after manufacturing = 20% Full)

As you can see, you need to at least have the Equipment Upgrade to make decent profit if you only choose to buy supplies.

Ammu-Nation Contract:

It is possible to deliver excess weapon parts to an Ammu-Nation store for $50,000;
Simply go to the small truck with the excess parts in your Bunker and press E.

This is just an additional way to make income from your Bunker and has nothing to do with supplies or what your staff is set to do.

Best Bunker Location

All Bunkers have the same features, they're just located differently;

We are going to choose the best location based on the distance between the Bunker and Los Santos which is the destination to sell to in order to get the most profit.

And with that in mind, our winner is the Farmhouse Bunker

The Farmhouse Bunker is the most expensive Bunker but it's worth it being the closest to Los Santos for stock selling.

How to Buy a Bunker

You use the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website to buy a Bunker;

Using your phone, go to Internet

Click on the "Money and Services" tab

Click on Foreclosures Maze-Bank

Filter the results to only show Bunkers then select the Bunker of your choice and click BUY

A menu where you can customize your Bunker will show up;

Choose a Bunker Style to customize the interior of your Bunker.

Personal Quarters' purpose is to make it possible to spawn in your Bunker through the Interaction Menu when you enter a new session;
You also get a wardrobe to be able to change your clothes.

If you add the Shooting range option, you will have access to challenges that unlock weapons for you to pick in the Bunker;
it is not that beneficial to buy.

A Gun Locker is used to customize your Weapon Wheel by showing weapons and hiding others so you can access a specific weapon faster without scrolling too much to find it.
Most properties and some service vehicles have the option to add it and you only need one.
A Mobile Operations Center is a good choice to have a Gun Locker in since you can spawn it near you wherever you are.

Transportation will spawn vehicles that you can use to get around the Bunker;
You're better off running as everything is close.

You can always renovate your Bunker after buying it by going on the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website and selecting your Bunker.

When you finish, Click BUY

Congratulations, now go to your Bunker and start your Gunrunning Business.

Questions and Answers

Is Buying a Bunker Worth It?

Yes, but it is not what you should focus on starting up.
The best way to make money as of now is by doing the Cayo Perico Heist where you will make more than 1 million per run but, you will need to buy the $2.2 million Submarine first.

The second best way to make money is to run the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid with the help of Vincent; this will make you $500,000 per run. Go to "V" on the map to start preparing for the raid.

After getting enough money from that, buy a Bunker and both its upgrades and set your staff to research only until you unlock all the useful items, then, start selling weapons.

Public Session or Private Session

If you start the mission to sell your stock while playing in a Public Session, a signal will be sent to all players in the session showing your location on the map;

The player that destroys your cargo will be awarded some money and RP.

If the session has a lot of players in it, you can get a money bonus when you complete the delivery but the amount is not worth the risk;

To avoid risking to lose all the profit, launch the stock selling mission in an Invite Only Session or a Closed Friend Session and you will only deal with the AI.

Here is how to get in a Private Session:
Press "Escape" then click on "Online" >
"Find New Session" >
"Closed Friend Session" or "Invite Only Session".

Can I Change the Location of my Bunker?

Yes, just access the Foreclosures Maze-Bank website as shown above and purchase the one you want by trading the one you own (you won't need to pay full price for the new one);

Keep in mind that you will lose:
• any supplies or products remaining in the Bunker;
• research progress of current item;
• any upgrade you have purchased;
• all Bunker add-ons (Personal Quarters, Transportation, Gun Locker...etc).

But you will keep:
• already unlocked items from research;
• purchased Mobile Operations Center and Anti-Aircraft Trailer.

Can I Sell my Bunker?

No, there is no way to sell a Bunker once bought, you can only trade it for another one.

How to Manage All My Businesses in One Place?

The Arcade, another business, has an upgrade called the Master Control Terminal, by using it you can manage all your businesses in one place, like buying supplies, selling stock, launching business related jobs...etc.

These are the businesses you can manage through the Arcade Master Control Terminal:

• Nightclub
• Bunker
• Cocaine Lockup
• Counterfeit Cash Factory
• Document Forgery Office
• Methamphetamine Lab
• Weed Farm
• Hangar
• Vehicle Warehouse
• Cargo Warehouse.

Is Buying a Mobile Operations Center Worth It?

Yes, the Mobile Operations Center comes with a Weapon Workshop and a Vehicle Workshop if purchased, which are both used to upgrade guns and vehicles and modify them using unlocked items from your Bunker research, plus, it comes with a Gun Locker to customize your Weapon Wheel by showing weapons and hiding others so you can access a specific weapon faster without scrolling too much to find it and a Wardrobe so you can change your clothes.
