Agency Business Complete Guide
(Uses, Income, Best Location and How to Buy)

An Agency is one of the properties in GTA Online that can be managed as a business to make income;
It can be managed as VIP, CEO or MC President.

In this guide, we will explain what are its uses, what is the best location for it, how to buy one and how to make money through it.
There will also be answers to questions related to this property at the end of the guide.

Agency Uses and Income

Once you buy an Agency, you will be able to take Contracts acquired by Franklin and implement "Imani Tech" to specific vehicles if you add a Vehicle Workshop to your Agency garage.

1- Contracts

There are 2 types of contracts:
Security Contracts and VIP Contracts.

Security Contracts

You take these Contracts using the computer in your Agency;
These are quick missions with 5 figures payouts that you can do solo.

After completing your first Security Contract you will start getting a daily income of $250 and it increases depending on how many security contracts you complete;
After completing 6 security contracts, you start getting $500 daily income then it will increase by $500 for every 5 security contracts you complete ($1000 for 11, $1500 for 16, $2000 for 21, $5000 for 51...etc).

The money from daily income is added to the safe near your desk in your Agency.
Safe capacity is $250,000, when it's maxed out, you won't get any daily income until you empty it.

After completing a security contract, there is a small delay before you can start another one.

It doesn't matter what type of security contract you complete so always do fast ones to quickly increase the number of completed security contracts in order to get a higher daily income;

The fastest security contract to complete is the "Recover Valuables" one, if it's not available, go for the "Rescue Operation" one, if it's not available as well go for the "Liquidize Assets" contract. The others can take more time to complete.

VIP Contracts

As of now, there is only one VIP Contract which is the Dr.Dre Contract that you also launch using the computer in your Agency;
You will have to do multiple missions that can be done solo for a payout of a million dollars.

Note: Completing VIP Contracts has no effect on the agency daily income.

2- Payphone Hits

After completing 5 Security Contracts, you will be able to take Payphone Hits by interacting with ringing payphones around the map;
Check for a Blue Phone Icon on the radar;

You can also call Franklin and ask for a Payphone Hit and a nearby payphone will start ringing.

You will be asked to eliminate targets for a small payout (around $15,000) but if you take them out in a specific way you get a huge bonus (around $70,000).

The tools that you need to use to get the bonus will always be provided if you don't have them already.

After completing a Payphone Hit, there is a small delay before you can start another one.

Note: Completing Payphone Hits has no effect on the agency daily income.

3- Imani Tech

In short, Imani Tech is upgrades you can add to specific cars in the Vehicle Workshop of your Agency if purchased.

Best Agency Location

All Agencies have the same features, they're just located differently;

We are going to choose the best location based on the distance between the Agency and the Contracts missions destination points and accessibility.

With that in mind, we end up with the Hawick Agency as the best one;

The Hawick Agency is located in the middle of the map, so whether the missions are located in the north or the south, they are easily accessible from this Agency.
Plus, the entrance to it and its garage are close to each other and easily accessible compared to the other agencies.

How to Buy an Agency

You use the Dynasty8 Executive website to buy an Agency;

Using your phone, go to Internet

Click on the "Money and Services" tab

Click on Dynasty8 Executive

Filter the results to only show Agencies then select the Agency of your choice and click BUY

A menu where you can customize your Agency will show up;

An Armory will make it possible to purchase weapons, armor or gear with a discount in your Agency;
A Gun Locker will also be provided to customize your Weapon Wheel by showing weapons and hiding others so you can access a specific weapon faster without scrolling too much to find it.

Most properties and some service vehicles have the option to add a Gun Locker and you only need one.
A Mobile Operations Center is a good choice to have a Gun Locker in since you can spawn it near you wherever you are.
As for weapons, armor and gear, just purchase them from an Ammu-Nation Store.

Accommodation is to make it possible to spawn in your Agency through the Interaction Menu when you enter a new session.
You also get a wardrobe to be able to change your clothes.

Purchase a Vehicle Workshop to be able to implement "Imani Tech" to specific vehicles.

Everything else is just to customize the interior of your Agency.

You can always renovate your Agency after buying it by going on the Dynasty8 Executive website and selecting your Agency.

When you finish, Click BUY

Congratulations, now go meet Franklin and start taking contracts.

Questions and Answers

Is Buying an Agency Worth It?

Yes, solely for the fact that the Agency daily income increases for every 5 security contracts completed by $500;
But keep in mind that this is far from the best way to make money which is by doing the Cayo Perico Heist where you will make more than 1 million per run but, you will need to buy the $2.2 million Submarine first.

The second best way to make money is to run the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid with the help of Vincent; this will make you $500,000 per run. Go to "V" on the map to start preparing for the raid.

In short, buy an Agency after making enough money and complete a security contract every now and then to increase its daily income.

Public Session or Private Session

To avoid getting attacked by other players while doing an Agency mission, launch it in an Invite Only Session or a Closed Friend Session so you only deal with the AI.

Here is how to get in a Private Session:
Press "Escape" then click on "Online" >
"Find New Session" >
"Closed Friend Session" or "Invite Only Session".

Can I Change the Location of my Agency?

Yes, just access the Dynasty8 Executive website as shown above and purchase the one you want by trading the one you own (you won't need to pay full price for the new one);

Keep in mind that you will need to re-purchase Agency add-ons (Accommodation, Interior Decor, Vehicle Workshop...etc).

But you will keep your progress (Number of Security Contracts completed for the daily income).

Can I Sell my Agency?

No, there is no way to sell an Agency once bought, you can only trade it for another one.
