How to Buy a Plane
GTA V Story Mode

To buy a Plane in GTA 5 Story Mode, you need to first own a Hangar as the character you want to buy the plane for;

Franklin and Michael need to buy a Los Santos International Hangar;
Trevor will own the Sandy Shores Airfield by progressing the story.

To buy a Hangar for Franklin or Michael, simply go to Los Santos International Airport location on the map and interact with the Sign next to it.

After purchasing the Hangar, you will use your Phone to buy a plane, so bring it out and go to "Internet"

Click on "Travel and Transport"

The only website that you can use to purchase planes is "ElitasTravel" which you can use to buy Helicopters as well.

Click on the website and choose the plane you want; you can also Sort the Vehicles by price using the button on top.

Click on "Buy it Now"

You have purchased the plane; after a few in-game hours, you will receive a mail from ElitasTravel informing you that your plane has been delivered to your hangar (You can sleep to fast forward time).

Go to your hangar and fly your new plane.
Your Hangar will only have one plane ready to fly, if you have purchased multiple planes, switch between them by pressing the interact button ("E") near the hangar.

If you destroy your plane, you can always go back to your Hangar and get the same one without paying a cent.
